Xi's "what are they complaining about" era has NOT aged well

President Xi's one of only few off the cuff remarks from 2009, before he was the president. "China, for one, does not export revolutions nor do we export poverty or hunger. We don't interfere with other country's affairs. Then what are they (the west) complaining about?"
