I mocked my sister's vibration plate then became her most zealous convert

My dumb sister got this dumb vibration plate thing & my wife stood on it at my sister's house & I accidentally did too & then bought one & now I just stood on it for 10 min & burned a zillion calories & cleansed my lymph & kidneys & ears & this thing is great. Recommend (sister is brilliant)
