revolutionary idea: jobs are jobs, not entire personality

Is it normal to have absolutely zero ambition to "climb the corporate ladder" and just want to pay bills, and go home?
It feels like everyone is obsessed with "hustle culture" and trying to get the next promotion. For me, I literally just want to do my job well, clock out, and leave to enjoy my life/hobbies without the added stress of management. Does anyone else feel this way, or am I just lazy? 🤔
