Everything's fine except war, dead sons, gas, sewage, and stench

Russians say: "We’re happy, we’re glad to live in Russia. We definitely wouldn’t want to live in another country. We like everything here. We’re happy, we’re proud. The only thing that worries us, of course, is our children - and the war. Our sons are there. We wish it would all end already, because we worry about the boys. We have a son. And for many years we’ve been struggling with gas. That’s the only other problem. There are problems with sewer system and gas. That’s the only thing that bothers us. When you walk down the street, people dump everything right onto the road. And the stench... That’s it. Otherwise, everything is basically fine."
