IRC in 2026: because Slack killed all the personality

So, IRC is up! You can connect via http:// irc.horrible.dev port 6697, SSL only. Services are available for registrations of nicknames and channels. Hostserv is available for vanity hostmasks, but default hostmasks are already cloaked. Weird thing launching an "IRC Network" in 2026, but here we are! I'd consider this very much a beta rollout, still playing with stuff. But feel free to join the network, services channel is #horribledev
