Bethesda's anniversary edition breaks mods again, still charges for cosmetics

Why stop there? How about the Anniversary edition of FO4 where your mods will assuredly break again despite if you own the original or the GOTY edition, all in favor of just a revamped Creation Club menu AND 150+ cosmetic items that could have been provided to for free? Bethesda...Bethesda never changes.
