FSB messenger pwned, 15M accounts leaked, hackers speedran a year of probing

Hackers have allegedly completely cracked Russian FSB messenger called Max - anonymous hackers claim that they have been probing the messenger's defense for 12 months. According to the hackers, 15.4 million accounts containing full names, usernames, and verified phone numbers have been leaked. They also claim to have cracked the encryption. As proof, they published data from the database belonging to State Duma deputy Brykin.
