dear amala/doja cat, i honestly don't know how to start this as i never imagined that i'd ever get the chance to meet you— and alas here we are. i want to first run down my journey w/ you. i, like the rest of the world, was introduced to you thru Mooo! and for 2018, "bitch i'm a cow" was something stuck in my head all year and i wished i had turned into Amala soon!. i can still vividly remember the adults reacting to it on the REACT youtube channel. flash forward to october 2019 and i heard "Candy" for the first time and I was HOOKED, and then you released Hot Pink & REELED me in and i've been a stan ever since, so 5 years now. when Planet Her came out, it was (and still is) on repeat it's my most streamed album this decade, only behind SZA's SOS, and it's actually been an inspiration to a huge passion of mine, which is songwriting and music. i aspire to work in the music industry, first as a songwriter for major artists, and then branch off for my own singing career. you-not only as a singer, rapper, songwriter, etc.— but in all forms of your artistry have inspired me. whether it's through your unique fashion at events like the Met Gala or the Schiaparelli show or how you creatively design your music videos such as Demons & Attention-which i will always defend, you are a BIG inspiration to me. so much so, that i've taken on projects such as remixing/writing additional verses to every song on Planet Her(Deluxe) and remixing PTTR, Demons, Agora Hills, and Attention!. i've also written songs that i hope to give to you, such as "Kitty" and some example to shoot my SHOT(which where is shots at? lol). beyond this, we've actually interacted like 20+ times on twitter and i've been on your instagram circle for months.
